How long will I receive my order?

Orders placed monday through friday till 6pm are prepared the next working day. Orders placed on saturday and/or sunday are prepared on the following monday or tuesday. Deadlines vary depending on the delivery mode chosen. It is therefore necessary to take into account the preparation time and the routing time in order to have an indicative delay.

How to track my order ?

What taxes will I pay if I order from abroad ?

Please note that shipping outside Europe can be slowed down by customs controls and procedures.
All packages are shipped from France to the country you selected. As a result, all international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes based on the amount of the order and the applicable laws in the country of destination.
Please contact the competent authorities of the country of destination before placing your order, in order to inform you of the regulations in force concerning imports.
SPONJAC can not be held responsible for any event related to customs clearance (deadlines and taxation). In accordance with the general condition of sales, returns of parcels for non-withdrawal are refunded SHIPPING FEES DEDUCTED.

I still have'nt received my order, what to do ?

Delivery time are given as an indication by the carrier and are expressed in working days (from monday to friday except bank holidays).

If you are not satisfied with the delivery time, we invite you to contact our Customer Service via the form in your order history or by email at support@sponjac.com specifying your order number.

I want to modify/cancel my order ?

Once your order is completed, it is not possible to modify or cancel it immediately in order to speed up the processing of shipments. We invite you to contact us as soon as possible via the contact form available in the detail of your order or by email at support@sponjac.com
We will do our utmost to intervene before shipment as far as possible. Otherwise, you have a 14 days withdrawal period, upon receipt of your package, to return all or part of your order.
